Upon successful clearance of your check, you will be promptly
notified of your account information. An invoice will be provided by
e-mail 30 days prior to the end of the 3 month period. At this point
you will have the option of mailing a check to the address listed
above or using our secure online Echeck payment program. Accounts
that are not renewed by the final day of the 3 month period will be
suspended. Suspended accounts that are not promptly paid are subject
to closing.
A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks
along with any and all fees allowed by law.
